These return, exchange and warranty terms supplement our Terms and Conditions and explain how to return or exchange a product purchased online.

1. Right to withdraw within 14 days

In accordance with Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented into the applicable national law, the buyer has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

This must be notified in advance by email at info@finalset.eu.

2. How to return a product

  • Email us at info@finalset.eu within 14 days of receiving the product, stating your order number.
  • Download and fill in the return form (link below).
  • Pack the product — it must be unused, undamaged, with all original labels, packaging, and complete accessories.
  • Include the completed form and proof of purchase in the parcel.
  • Ship the product no later than 14 days to one of the parcel lockers listed in section 7.

Direct return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

3. Return terms and form (PDF)

Full return and warranty terms document with a fillable return form (page 2) — print it out or fill it in on your computer and include it with the returned product.

4. What cannot be returned

  • Products made or customized to the buyer's individual specifications.
  • Hygiene products that come into contact with the body and have been unsealed — e.g. grip tape, socks, wristbands.
  • Padel rackets with the protective film removed from the handle, if the product has transport damage (see section 6).

5. Refund

In accordance with Article 13 of Directive 2011/83/EU, all amounts paid by the buyer, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal is received, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of its dispatch has been provided.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 on contracts for the sale of goods. It covers manufacturing defects that appear during normal use of the product.

The guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, or damage to padel rackets caused by contact with glass walls, metal mesh, or other surfaces during play. Before removing the protective film from the handle, inspect the product carefully — once the film has been removed, the racket is deemed to have been used.

8. Exchanges

We do not process separate product exchanges (e.g. for a different size or colour) — return the unwanted product following the process above and place a new order for the item you want at the same time. This way you'll receive the new product as quickly as possible, and the refund for the returned item will be processed separately.

9. Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the buyer may contact the competent consumer protection authority in their country of residence, in line with Directive 2013/11/EU on consumer ADR.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025. An up-to-date list of national dispute resolution bodies is available here.
