1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Stiliaus idėjos, UAB (hereinafter – "Seller") and the buyer (hereinafter – "Buyer") purchasing goods from the online store https://finalset.eu.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms. We also recommend reading our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Products and prices

The store sells racket sports products: clothing, footwear and equipment (rackets, balls, bags, etc.).

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices. The applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is placed.

3. Placing an order

An order is considered placed when the Buyer:

  • selects products and adds them to the cart
  • fills in the delivery details
  • selects a payment method and completes payment
  • receives an order confirmation by email

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the confirmation email is sent.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Montonio – buy now pay later or online banking payments via the Montonio platform
  • Cash on delivery (COD) – payment in cash to the courier upon delivery
  • Bank transfer – transfer to the Seller's bank account. Order processing begins upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Goods are dispatched only after payment confirmation is received. For COD orders, the order is confirmed and dispatched immediately.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all European Union countries. We use the following delivery services:

  • Smartpost parcel lockers
  • Omniva parcel lockers
  • Venipak courier service

Delivery times:

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia – 1–3 business days
  • Other EU countries – 3–7 business days

Free delivery applies to orders of 150 EUR or more. For lower-value orders, the delivery cost is displayed during checkout.

The delivery period begins from the date of payment confirmation. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery service providers or force majeure circumstances.

6. Returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

6.1 Return conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging with labels attached
  • The product must not be damaged due to the Buyer's fault
  • Footwear and clothing may only be tried on a flat, clean surface (not outdoors)

6.2 Return process

  • Notify us by email at info@finalset.eu within 14 days of receipt
  • We will send return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

6.3 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised (custom-made) products
  • Used products
  • Hygiene products (e.g. socks) that have been opened

7. Warranty and defective goods

All products comply with EU quality standards. Defective products are covered by:

  • A 2-year statutory guarantee under EU Directive (2019/771/EU)
  • Manufacturer's warranty, where applicable

If you discover a defect, contact us at info@finalset.eu with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs. We will replace the defective item or issue a full refund.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of products
  • Delivery delays caused by third parties or force majeure
  • Technical failures beyond the Seller's control

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the Buyer may contact:

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. You also have the right to seek redress through the consumer authority in your country of residence.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
