Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order without creating an account. Simply continue shopping as a guest.

When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us at info@finalset.eu

What should I do if I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

Please contact us immediately at info@finalset.eu stating your order number and a description of the problem.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and payment. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other European countries. Delivery prices will be shown at checkout.

What delivery methods are available?

We deliver via Smartpost parcel machines. Delivery prices are shown during checkout.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes. During checkout you can enter any delivery address.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by logging into your account under „Orders”. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Can my order be packed in a used box?

Yes. In some cases we use reusable boxes to act more sustainably. Each box is carefully checked before reuse.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, online banking (banklink), credit/debit card and cash on delivery (COD).

How can I return purchased items?

We follow the laws of the Republic of Lithuania/Latvia/Estonia. You can return items within 14 days of receipt. To return an item, please contact us at info@finalset.eu

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the buyer’s bank account.

Can I exchange purchased items?

Exchanges online are not possible. You can return the item and place a new order.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click „Forgot your password?” on the login page, enter your email address and we will send you a link to set a new password.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?
